About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind our client recruitment efforts. You’ll work closely with CEOs, founders, and hiring managers to understand their vision, culture, and talent needs — then lead the charge to find the right fit. From crafting compelling job descriptions to executing AI-powered sourcing strategies, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process with precision and empathy.
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with clients to define success profiles and hiring goals.
  • Design and post job ads that attract high-performing, values-aligned candidates.
  • Leverage AI tools and niche platforms for scalable, people-first sourcing.
  • Conduct values-based vetting and structured interviews.
  • Coordinate seamless candidate experiences that reflect client brands.
  • Provide market insights and hiring strategy recommendations.
  • Support ATS setup, optimization, and post-hire onboarding as needed.
 What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
  • Experience recruiting for leadership or niche roles.  
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (JazzHR ATS preferred) and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A consultative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow through great hires.
  • Ability to work in a part-time consultant/contractor capacity.
